i need a carb for my 66 valiant the one on my engine is leaking gas throught the throttle shaft

i have all the kickdown parts now the only thing i need is a good carb, mine is leaking,worn out throttle shaft.

thats what i kinda figured i will start looking for one or maybe someone on here might have one. thanks

i have a slant 6 that has a 1 barrel carb, it is leaking gas when it is running and seems to be coming out of the throttle shaft? is that possible ? can i rebuild it or will i need to look for a different carb? any help much appreciated thanks.

i bought a new autozone pump and it has the impellor the same way as the original pump .its definitely strange.

this is strange ,the water pump impeller on my reman pump is opposite of the one that was on my engine is that ok? or should i use my old pump? i know it worked ok i'm going to try to post a picture of them on here .

the reason i am asking is this they had washers between the water pump and the pulley to space it ,thinking the balancer may not be all the way in? any ideas? thanks

more info on my engine it has 5 frost plugs on the drivers side and also has a 2211 cast in it and big letters BF behind that.anyone have a crankshaft balancer bolt and washer?

Also, my engine does not have a bolt in the front to hold the balancer on, it looks like there are threads in there , does it need one? next Q does anyone have one? i will need one if it does before i drop it in the signet. thanks . this forum is awesome.

i just got a engine for my signet and would like to know what year it is and stuff, i found numbers on it and i think it may have been a replacement longblock at one time. there is the standard 2806830-1 on it and there are other numbers on it also. on the front of the block under the head...
