Thanks for the info. As of right now my trans lever is matched to my throttle....all the way up at idle and all the way back at WOT. So I need to take slack out at the adjuster but to raise the shift point, or add more slack?

Big red and black wires are direct to the battery. Small red is tied into the 12v switched wire that fed the coil before I added the 6al. Only 2 wires I have on the coil are the orange and black from the 6al. Original ballast wires are wired together.

I've got 245/60r14s on now, which seems to be the same diameter, but 1" wider than a 225/60r15. So just curious if the backspacing would still be off with the narrower tires. Also, I can get the wheels I'm wanting in a 15x6, which should work with the 225/60r15s, but they too have the same 3.75...

I had to replace my entire fuel system on my 74 duster...tank, lines, sending unit, etc. Now my fuel gauge always says full. Stuck there and never moves. I do have sending unit ground strap on the fuel line as well. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem? Maybe a bad sending unit? Also...

Running royal purple 10w30 and a fram filter. Will be changing to a different brand filter on first oil change. Never knew how bad the frams were. Only recently started using the frams, but not too impressed with them.

Its a mechanical gauge. Not a high end gauge, but I swapped it out for another one I had in the shop and it read the same. So I'm guessing the gauge is right. Bearing clearances being a little loose is a possibility. Engine did see the track quiet a bit before I got it.
