I emailed a local mopar guru in my area to seek assistance. I will let you know what I find out once the weather warms up. Working out a deal to have him teach me to tune my mopar will more than likely be cheaper than swapping out intake, carb, etc. Also, if I do not hear from him... does any...

I use synthetic oils... Mobil 1, Royal Purple, Valvoline... you can add a zinc additive if you need to. Warning... if you have small leaks, the synthetic oil seems more likely to expose them. At least that is the experience I had.

I am not sure about manifold vacuum, but I do have a vacuum can already installed. So there is a line from the booster to the can and back to the manifold area.
