Thanks to all for the replies. Soon as the weather gets above 40, I'll give it a try. I'll try the socket approach first, but not sure room permits. If not I'll give the JB Weld or RTV a go. Thanks again.

Outlet tube has a small 1/4" ding on bottom of tube that prevents a good seal to radiator hose. No real good way to access it from top or bottom to try and hammer it out. Any other way to prevent the small drip that is driving me crazy....?

Well isn't that just dandy. Has anyone had a problem with inserting the stock rods into aftermarket 'Made Elsewhere', boards? Appears the metal tunnels are smaller than the rods. I'm doubting the rods grew so must be the inferior quality of the boards. But when that's the only place to get...

I'll get some pics posted tomorrow when daylight. Pedal seems to be firmly attached to floor, just keeps sliding off to the left. As far as I know they're the factory linkage.

Looks like my heater core is starting to go south. Dumps fluid on floor only when heat is turned on. I'm pretty sure it is the original core. Are these worth repairing and if so, any recommendations?? If replacing is the way to go, again any recommendations on where to purchase. I've not...

64 Dart with V8. Can't seem to get the pedal and the linkage to like each other. Pedal always slips of to side. From what I can see, pedal appears to be in good condition. However, I'm not really sure what exactly to look for. Time to ask the experts.
