As far as the washers, several ideas from other threads on other forums and here, was to take washers from another pump( that is junk or core) or using brake line caliper washers. Also relatively cheap ones should be available from a hardware/ fastener supplier.

215 60 15 on stock rally wheel with about 4.25 backspace. Weak rear spring, occasionally rubs the wheelwell. With good springs could go a bit bigger. Had 255 60 15 tires on it and they rubbed even with airshocks.

I would use the correct length main spring with the other pack of springs first, you only have some time involved. Second, I would add one larger spring from the original pack and lastly, if that doesn't work, get the mainspring re-arched.

most larger towns/ cities have a spring shop...that does spring from light duty cars to hd trucks, they usually rearch springs. I'd say it would still cost 100.00 at least.
