Are your hoses in good condition? make sure they are. one could be colapsing.

Is you sender too big or too small? If it's too small just use a reducer. If it's too big then you may need the smaller sender. Iknow my eddie performer took the larger size and when I upgraded to the airgap it took the smaller one. I belive they are 1/2" and 1/4" npt.

Slappy, you kind of answered your own question. You have a overflow bottle and not a recirculating tank. You should be able to change the fitting in the bottom of the tank to run a line back up to the radiator and add a fitting on top for the vent line. Or just buy a cheap plastic one like I...

I've used the plastic flex and it worked o.k. If your chewing up your radiator there may be other issues. The plastic one will flex more than the stainless and it will chew up a radiator just as easy.

If you mount it in front of your radiator you want a pusher. If it's in the engine bay then it's a puller. I believe there are fans out there that can push or pull depending on how you wire them up.

Are you sure your thermostat isn't sliding down in the housing since it's mounted side ways? I mean is there enough clamping force to keep the thermostat in place when it's tightened down and not slipping after it's installed? Also make sure there is no air in the system. Looks like with your...

Thanks for all the ideas, I want to mount it like goody's right next to the radiator to keep everything looking somewhat clean and I think the area is prettty tight. I might just go with the jaz setup since it's relatively cheap.

Anyone have ideas for a overflow tank for my 63 dart? I had a fairly large generic plastic tank from autozone in. I took it out because it's too large. I would rather make it on the cheap versus paying for it somewhere.
