    Blue 64 Dart GT

That is a very nice Dart. Every car that age has it's issues. Good luck on the rebuild and post some pics of the finished product. I really like the interior color. Where did you get the quarters from?

    8 3/4 A Body Just picked up

Not sure how they got there. I don't think they should be. If you google images for 8 3/4 lots a pics and none that I saw had those markings.

    Valiant progress

Very nice stroker, I bet you can't wait to get her on the road. How do those headers fit? I'm getting ready to purchase headers in August and I was thinking of going with the Doug's over the TTI. Mine will be in a 63 dart with 904/360. Keep up the good work and have fun!

    '67 Barracuda finally has paint!

Wow, beautiful paint. I know that paint would not look so good without ALOT of prep work. Way to stay with it. Good luck on your build. It's not a bad thing to share your progress either:) You may even give inspiration and ideas for others. Great job! PS How hard were the tunnel mods?

need input and help with where to find parts

I would leave it for now and drive it. There is alot to putting a bigblock in place of the slant. You could gather up parts and get all the ifo you need for the swap then do it if that's what your after. At least this way your still driving the dart. Check out bigblockdarts for info.

    So far so good!

Nice car John. Better late than never. Are you going to clear that paint or is that just the primer? I kind of like the look as it sits.

67 convert in the paint booth

Very nice......I would love to go for a top down power run in your car. I haven't been in a convertable of any kind in such a long time I almost forget how it feels. Have fun with that beautiful fish.

Snuck up on the cuda the other night.

Cudaspaz, You have one of the nicest cars I everl seen. Your Mechanical abilities and sense of "what will work" are top notch. Amaziing work to say the least. Also to stay focused on a project that long and see it through says alot about you. =D>:notworth::thumbup::thumbup:

    1975 snake pit duster.

I would take the time to strip every part you can and save them for a more rebuildable car. There are good parts on that car. Once you start buying some of those parts you will know what I'm talking about. Hell, it may have a 8 1/4 or better under the rear end......there is one right?

    even the wife helps

Too funny....My wife has been trying to remember the names of the parts I talk about to her. So far she has carbeurator, distributor, and radiator locked down. From there it's a gamble. That only took 4yrs I think](*,) She tries though. She comes out and checks on me too. Just to make sure she...

    even the wife helps

You are a lucky man to have a wife that wants to be a part of your hobby. Mine tries to pretend she's interested when I talk to here but, I can see her mind wander as I speak.....lol.

    Headliner is IN!!!!!!!!

Headliners suck, You did a nice job. Headliners are cross between sewing and bed making upside down. I remember in the Army trying to get the corners tucked and no wrinkles.......kinda the same thing. Your car sounds wicked too:) How far from bieng on the road?

    72 Swinger 5.7 HEMI

Wow, great first effort!! Wait a minute.........that car is just great effort and craftmanship. If it's your first I can't wait to see the 2nd, 3rd and 4th. I just love the engine bay toches. The orange and black look great together. P.S. The lowered stance makes it look clean and mean!!
  28. 63dartman

    Ross' '71 dart swinger

This is a great thread and what it's all about. I think your headers are tilted too far out to mate to the exhaust ports on the heads though:) Keep up the good work!!

    NEW THREAD-Why we don't finish........

When I started my 63 Dart project I had the ambition, money, and time to really put alot of time and effort into it and the results were pretty good. Now that my car is a moving and running driver I find it really hard to take it out of commission to do the things that would make it more than a...
