I think you could use the wiring harness from a 65 Dart wagon.

Those plasic hardware is located on the rear body wiring harness and attached to the body clip. It holds the wiring to the body.

You can finds NOS ones every once in a while. You can search for a one without date codes. 1963 to 1965 was the last years that early A-bodies did not have a date code on the voltage regulator. From 1966 and up all regulators had a three digit code stamped on the front side.

That is the correct horn relay and as you said it was yellow dichromated from factory.

1965 Dart has the fuse box to the left side of the steering column. Under the dash close to the kick panel.

Atlas have them correct date coded.

1642 stands for 164th day of 1972, 3513211 is the partnumber and 36033K is the manufacturer of the relay.

To my knowledge they are the same. What differs between the two is the breaker plate and vacuum. Check out my thread 1965 Dodge Dartcharger. To make the resto cheaper, buy the bushing and buy a new vacuum and put it all together. The differens can be the travel for the breaker plate.

I run N9Y and it works great both in my convertible and for the car in my resto thread.
