    who's Running 18 "s ?

I'm running 17 and 18s, just on a whole different vehicle however. My only recommendation is to measure, measure, measure. One of the best tools I had was a friends car. He had 18s on his mustang, and I was able to try it on and see where I needed room, space out, or whatever. I'm running...

I used to run 26x10 m/ts on the back and some 175 series 'front runners'. just factory dirt cheap steel wheels

new wheels YES OR NO ASAP i only have limited time

In my opinion, No. They won't look right in a 15". That style there looks like it should be 17 or 18. It'll look goofy at 15 imo. The old torque thrust D's can definately pull off the 15" look, those just look like they want to be bigger. I'd get some $120 pro-stars or something if i was going...

    Bullit Weels

do your wheels clear your rotor hub? as in can you put just the rim on the car with no issues? I've heard that you will have to mill the center hub of the wheel out... i run 11 3/4 brakes on mine, but nowhere near that kinda front backspacing, im 4.5"

    Crap!

I hear ya, definately sucks. My american racing wheels wont swap. 18s on the back will not fit on the front. But the 17s fit with no problems...just two different hub sizes american racing decided to do. Same exact wheel. I got plain lucky i didnt go all 18s!

    low profile tires on duster

"Low profile" i think is very hard to get to look 'right' on a muscle car. I run larger wheels, but the tire sidewall is still there..

    Anyone with bullet mustang wheels?

looks like the head of a snake/cobra to me. I ended up going with american racing torq thrust wheels, since those didnt need any machine work on the hubs to fit my car.

Finally got my 20" Coys wheels

I'm not a huge fan off +18" wheels, but if done right. it should look good. if you can get that stance outta it, it'll look real nice.

    bfg or mickey et

I've heard m/ts, how long has your duster been up and running?
  17. G

    Enough Tire

I'd highly doubt you'd get anywhere near lifting a front tire with bfg t/as. My 318 will snap 295 nittos loose at 20. You're gonna need some bigger drag radial/slick to hook up and pull a tire. Nice 275 drag radial probably to hook on the street.. . .maybe

    17" TorqLites on a 73 Duster

No sure, closer to hitting the arch of the fender than anything else. Probably due to them being 27" tall. -Mike

    17" TorqLites on a 73 Duster

    335/30/18's....what do you think??

Pretty short tire, but the patch looks pretty good. my car dwarfs my 295s, they don't look like much :sad2:

    Help with some sizes

And for tire height comparison. Here is a set of 26" tall tires. My 295s are 28". It will make a dramatic change in how your brand new set of wheels looks on your car....2" can make or break ya. lol :D

    Help with some sizes

This is a handy site. http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp I just put some 295/45/ZR18s on my cuda. Those suckers are squeezed in there. From my previous wheel purchase, it is better to have a little too much backspacing than not enough. The lower number of backspacing you go, the...
