OK, don't know anything about aluminum radiators, I just don't have a need to run one, I only use OEM radiators and have them redone...

I put a 68 318 B-Body radiator in my 68 Dart and it was 23" tall if I remember correctly. I had to use a flat radiator cap and the hood barely closed, so I believe it is doable. Is it a factory radiator and if so what are the numbers on the top tank?

All the factory A/C units are also knee knockers. I have had plenty of factory A/C units and all worked well.

I have had several 68 318 b-body radiators (2898038) in 67-69 A-Bodies. They are taller so you need to use a flat radiator cap, and drill new holes in the core support to bolt the radiator in, but it does work.

They went to 26" wide radiators then instead of 22". Just have yours fixed, Bob and Glen-Ray will tell you NOT to put an aluminum radiator in it, the one you have is fine, just get it rodded out or recored...

The lower connection has to go all the way as far as it can go to the edge of the radiator. None of the aftermarket radiators get it right, I don't know why people still use them, just recore your original. If you don't want to, and it is a 2949065 PM me and I will buy it...

67-70 system is identical, some changes started in the 71 model year and for sure in 72 but each year will still fit and work just fine.

If you don't mind antifreeze everywhere including inside your car then no problem...

Sorry, never heard of KKS before this post, but I have had nothing but bad luck with any aluminum radiator and stick to factory style materials for the older cars. Good luck!
