    [WANTED] A833 Input Shaft

Standard 1"-23 Needed for clutch alignment only so gear is not important. Plastic molded one in clutch kit not accurate enough. I thought I had one in a box of 4 speed parts but no. I'm in Ohio

    [Found!] 10" Backing Plates

I changed to 10" rear drums on my 64 7-1/4 a few years ago. I bought the backing plates from a FABO member, possibly Lee Robinson. I came up with all the other parts. Then I sold the removed complete 9" brakes to another member who needed parts. So nothing left to make a comparison. From what I...

    [Found!] 1964 Heater box FOUND!

Ok, I trust you Charrlie. I'm sure you know that on a 64, the heater/def is controlled by 3 knobs that pull out from the dash. It seems logical to me that in the OFF position (no heat or def) that those knobs would be pushed in and not protruding away from the dash. My problem is 2 of the knobs...

    [Found!] 1964 Heater box FOUND!

I'm looking for a good or rebuildable 1964 A-body heater box. 1963 may be the same, 1965 and newer is NOT. It's just about summertime so no big hurry. I can pick up at Carlisle, Mid Ohio, Monster Mopar or Nats if that helps.

[WANTED] 1969 barracuda parts in western Canada if possible

See photos attached. Turquoise car is a 68. Notice the hood release is a short lever that extends through an opening between the grille insert and the upper valance. The bare grill is my 68 that is apart for engine compartment painting. The red parts are a 69 valance assy. Notice the argent...

[WANTED] 1969 barracuda parts in western Canada if possible

FYI. The 69 cuda hood release that extends down toward the license plate is different than a 67 or 68.

    [Found!] 65/66 Passenger arm rest

I went through this with my 64 Val. It's very hard to find good used ones because the plastic bases don't age well. It took me a couple years to find a pair that were halfway decent. And I mean looking at the Mopar Nats and Carlisle. I needed red but found tan that needed repair with JBWeld...

    [Found!] 10” backing plates 8.75

More info needed. It's imperative you match the backing plates to the shoe width. There are different offsets depending on the width. A BP for 1.75 shoes is different than one for 2.5 shoes.

Man, I drove the car l last night. It drives so good it's kinda tough to give it up but I'll send you a private message tomorrow. Meanwhile, it looks like this.

    [Found!] 318 motor

I have a good running 318 in my 68 that I need to find a home for. It was in the car when I bought it and believe it is a 1971. The guy I bought the car from called it an RV cam but it's a little choppy. I had the heads off a few years ago and the pistons are stamped .030 so it has been rebuilt...

    [Found!] 10" clutch disc

Sounds pretty much like the 225 in my Valiant. Rebuilt .040 over, Oregon regrind, milled head rebuilt with bowl work, gasket match. Have all the parts for a Super six conversion and split exhaust manifold but haven't put those on yet.

    [Found!] 10" clutch disc

I used a 10" HD slant six clutch kit behind my 225. I bought it from Rockauto for just over $100. It does require special pressure plate mounting bolts that I got from Brewers. $36 for 6. You didn't specify if you have a 273 or /6 though.

[WANTED] Good Manual 16:1 steering box, Possibly B body pitman

I have a 16:1 manual in a SB 68 Barracuda. I like it a lot except when parking. If you want to get an idea of the feel, just drive around with the PS belt removed. I did that for about 3 yrs and when I finally got around to putting in a real manual box, there really wasn't any perceptible...

    [WANTED] 833 4 Speed parts

Still looking for a ball and detent design side cover. The one I have is cracked. Notice the tear-drop shape of the boss on the inside of the cover. The improved design had more iron around the holes and are round as shown in the bottom cover.

    [WANTED] 833 4 Speed parts

According to Jamie Passon in his 833 book, more material WAS added around the bores as a running change. Dude knows what he's talking about as he's done thousands and actually manufactures parts to fix this old junk. Makes sense and easy to do as it was a "steel safe" revision. Anyone who's...

    [WANTED] 833 4 Speed parts

Need a good ball detent side cover. 66 and newer. And a 1-2 shifter fork. As usual, I collect parts over a period of time at swap meets or FABO to "improve" my old iron. So I finally obtained a 64-65 Floor Hump recently which was the last major item needed to convert the 3-on-the-tree in my 64...

[WANTED] 64-65 4 speed shift bezel

Oooh, I'll have to look into that. I was thinking of making a billet aluminum piece myself. Until a few days ago, I assumed ALL 4 speed early a-bodies used the bezel with the 4 speed pattern. Then I received my original used floor hump from a FABO member. There is no indication of the J-shaped...
