Live and learn as they say! Ultraflows much better on a high performance car even though they are louder. Lots of guys running stock performance motor setups go with the Super Turbos since they are quieter of course that comes with more restriction. At least you swapped them out! Congrats!

I saw a set of coated Flowtech's on a 69 Cuda 340 that looked great and fitted very well.

:cheers: I did the same thing on my old 73 Duster 340 about 8 yrs ago. It sounded sweet with a MP508 cam, headers, Ultraflows and full 2.5" exhaust with factory style tips.

Go with the ovals as they will sound really sweet. The round or bullet ones are race only if you ask me. VERY LOUD!!!! I have 2.5" oval Ultraflows on my Duster and really like them. They flow excellent and have a great performance sound. They aren't annoying like Flowmaster 40's.

They might give a 10% discount I believe if your a Moparts member too. Nice people and I bought my tailpipes and tips from them at a great price.

You can buy $220 ceramic coated Flowtech headers through JC Whitney for about $176 plus ship[ping. They offer 20% off anything over $200 purchased in their catalogs. They would be a decent option if you want to save money. The installation will be a pain just like all headers except the TTI's...

You must be forgetting about the 1973 Dart Sport 340 and yes the 1974 Dart Sport did have the 360.

The 340 Dart Sports came with rectangular chrome tips usually. You can find chrome reproductions on Ebay or www.accurateltd.com sells stainless steel ones which will look nicer longer. They also sell them for different size tailpipes.
