    rebuilding a lower door hinge?

lowers don't have bushings, so the easiest way to rebuild is to oversize the pins. The kit from restorick works great and comes with new springs which are always worn. Restorations by Rick Kreuziger - Product and Component Restoration Detailed Information

    Remove windshield wipers..

I don't see how that could work, the idea is to relieve the spring tension from against the windshield so it's free to slide off the splined shaft. In other words, the arm needs to pulled toward you with no binding on the splined shaft. The tool I posted makes removing/installing a the arms a 2...

    Remove windshield wipers..

Use this tool, hook the end of the arm, then pull the spring loaded part of the arm towards the tool. After that it'll slide straight up off the splined shaft. I vote not to paint them and replace the wipers with non-black original style.

    Wiper arm positioning and blades

This is the tool I have, I think I got it from autozone. It makes it quick and easy. "Trico Classic" blades are available, they are original equipment.

Repairing the grille on a 67 Dart question

That's what I did, 1/8" blue tape, worked great. probably took me an hour to mask all 3 pieces. I used SEM trim paint, it came out very good.

    '69 Dart 4spd floor pan

On a 2 door hardtop, with both side windows rolled down, it should slide right in. It did on my '70 Charger anyway. One other thing to consider is cost of part and shipping. A 2 or 4 piece set is alot cheaper to ship. A full floor is truck freight. If you order everything you need for both cars...

1968 Dart Tail Stripe with Letters

I have a '68 Dart GT and I'm getting it ready for paint. I want to add a tail stripe, but I have the "DART" letters on the quarters where the stripe will go. I'm wondering if it'll look OK with the letters over the stripes, or if I should weld up the holes. Anybody have a pic?

    Door Lock Operation

I didn't get the door keys when I bought the car, the ignition key is different. I'm now at the point of finishing up the interior and have a new lock set on order. I noticed both lock rods are bent, most likely from people trying to lock or unlock the door when it's open. I would rather have a...

    Door Lock Operation

On a 1968 Dart, are the door locks only supposed to lock and unlock when the door is closed? If so, is there a mod that can be done to be able to lock and unlock the door when it's open?

    69 dart quarter window

Thanks for the offer, but I went ahead and ordered a complete B body kit, because I'm sure I'll need rollers for my Charger restoration. I'll just take the rollers out of that kit for my Dart. As for the power wire, many Mopars have caught fire due to that design.

    69 dart quarter window

Have you fixed yours yet? I have the same issue and I ordered the black rollers p/n 1000058 from RT Specialties. When I got them, I realized they weren't the right ones. I called RT and he said I needed p/n 0764325 which is a white roller already attached to a ball stud. I asked him if he was...
