You can buy aftermarket conversion barrels, but stock Glock barrels do not interchange like that. And the ejection may be weird, since the ejector angles are different. I have a .40, and a 9mm conversion barrel, and it ejects kinda wussy. I haven't tried any conversion barrels for my 10MM.

Yes, their final value fees have been 9-12% for a couple of years now. I only list stuff there if I can't find a buyer anywhere else. With PayPal, etc, you can easily blow 15%.
