    Rotors press on?

Thats like slide and wedge all together. Knock the rotor off turn or replace it then pull it back together with the studs.

full brake line kit? or bend my own?

Save yourself some time and trouble and order a set from the Right Stuff. They do a great job and the lines are bent just right so they go into place well.

    whats up with power brakes

Seems like to me the little line that comes off the check valve should go to the cruse control. But like stated you need a larger line in. Try pluging the little line off.

    Strange brake fluid leak...

I had the same problem with my new master c. I took a peice of cork gaskit and cut a peice out the size of the inside of the lid. Just put it in between the lid and the rubber seal and snapped the lid back on and no more leak. Cheap five minute fix.

    problem bleeding brakes

There is a small plug in the top you can take it out and see if you have fluid there. If you do you can stick a small screw driver down in it and reset the check valve. Then gravity bleed the system. If you try to pump it again it will just lock it up again. I had a hard time with mine.

    problem bleeding brakes

Someone allready mention this didn't know if you caught it or not. Under the driver seat on some cars is a second prop valve that is really a delay valve that helps to keep the rear brakes from locking up under hard braking. I had the same problem with mine, check and see if you have that valve...

    Help Mushy pedal!

The way I have done it is put a rag under each bleader and open them up. Come back later (like 2 or 3 hours) and they are done. I'm sure if that isn't the way it is done someone on here will let you know how wrong I am!

Front to rear brake line..how hard is it?

You can always call The Right Stuff and have them send you a pre bent set. Everything I have gotten from them has fit just right. Plus they also have the gravel guards on them another little peice of mind.

    Master Power Brakes Combination Valve

I started a post on this same subject a few months ago. I ended up changing mine around to a later model and did away with that valve. But I think that you could gravity bleed the system and get it to work. I had the same problem you are having. If you look back on my old post you can check it out.

    Bleeding Brakes

Thanks, I just talked to a guy that has a prop valve made for a later car. He said that the factory started building everything together in one unit. He says that all my lines will go right into this one. I will just put a one piece line going to the rear, just happen to have a new one from The...

    Bleeding Brakes

I agree I've never run into this problem before. This valve is new I just bought it. I'm tempted to run a one peice line to the back but I'm dont want to have that lockup problem. The factory didn't put them on in 67. I guess they found there was a problem and started in 68. Maybe some one on...

    Bleeding Brakes

The fluid is going thru the main prop. valve but stops at the second one. This valve is called a hold off valve it delays the rear brakes a split second to prevent lock up under hard braking. It seams that I don't have enough pressure to open the valve. Anyone

    Bleeding Brakes

I have a 69 Cuda w/power disc. I was trying to bleed them and the secondary prop. valv stops the fluid from going to the rear. The only cars that that came on is power disc. I was wondering if I had to have the car running to bleed this set up. It is not ready to start yet I was just just trying...

Any auto parts store has brake line already made up. Maybe you can get lucky and get one the right length. If not bend it and cut it.
