    Yes, sprayed it with pb blaster, hit it with a 5lb sledge, wire brushed it, the only thing I haven't done is use heat, because I don't want to cook the seals.

    just the passenger side, I noticed it when I got to work yesterday, the inside of the tire is wearing fast, and the it grabs making turns, my hour drive turned into a hour and a half, on the way home, I'll pull the wheel and have a look, thanks all. Mark

    Fixed,I unhooked the drag link, centered the wheel, backed the adjuster nut off, loosened the adjuster, and tightened it down until no lash was felt, then went 1/2 turn more, tightened down the nut, and it's brand new again, 70 mph no hands, thanks again all. Mark

    she pass side is 1/2 inch longer then the driver side, but the car tracks straight, and I took it to my friend who has a rack, and everything is where it belongs, and it seems from the posts that ma mopar did a bunch thru the years this way, so when I order my new rims, I'll have the back space...

    whelp, I measured 7 ways to Sunday, everything seems to be where it belongs, so I'm just going to roll/ trim, the lip a skosh more, and live with the 1/2 inch off set, since the car goes straight down the road.

    mine did that when I first filled it, take the cap off and turn it lock to lock a few times to work the air out, if you just replaced the pump.

    if you don't feel it in the seat of your pants, it's in the front end, and the caps on your u joints shouldn't fall in, as stated they would need to be taped in or ran in with a c clamp, the way I do them, check for a broken belt in the front tires, missing wheel weight, that sort of thing, also...

    the rear end in my scamp is off center, by 1/2 inch, the car tracks straight, it's just the passenger side tire scrubs on bumps/ pot holes, 275/60/15 bfg can I loosen the u bolts and slide it over? or do I need to drop it out and make the hole in the spring perch bigger? thanks. Mark
