Well it looks like I can't even modify this part to work. bends are all wrong as well so I can't just move the mounting tab.

The shop did a great job and for the price he is asking I am almost tempted to buy it my self. it could have been a slant 6 car and still been worth every penny he is asking. If I wasn't restoring my own Big block A-body I would be all over this one. Again looking forward to see your GTX done...

OMG...... Just saw the add on Ebay for this Hemi Dart GTS. Your shop started with a real H-code 383 car. I sure hope the car was bad to start with because it was a 1 of 1113 true 383 auto cars. Again beautiful car but dang what a waist. Good plan keeping you 71 GTX.... that will be one sweet...

A couple more things to consider. Mopar people are very opinionated about Fender tags and or build sheets as well as if the car is numbers matching. You said your car is numbers matching (big plus) do you have the fender tag and or build sheet? In stock form a numbers matching 71 GTX will be...

wow... pretty cool resto rod.... You say it's a real GTS but really nothing about the way it looks from the pictures screams GTS. I love that it's an A-body and maybe in some eyes its a waist of a real 68 gts (depending on what condition they started with) but I think its just missing a few...

YES... I have the large one 67/early68

no rust... but did have a small drivers floor patch. I think all the orange paint protected the metal.... I also have the rocker gills and spears in great shape.

WIW... what's today's valve on H-code 4 speed 391 gear cars. Needs to be restored 68 fastback. non motor but matching trany. Fender tag and Galen report 68 dated engine but numbers transmission correct 033 radiator correct exhaust manifolds not on car yet correct 893 oil pan correct...

I agree. I think most people I have talked to are looking to make a quick buck. I am loosing money at $4500.

Just the fronts are bad. I think the rears looks pretty solid. car was parked in tall grass for years and killed the torsion bare crossmember and front frames. Floors are not to bad but since I want to do frames I would change them to. my parts car has all of the needed metal minus quarters.

Thanks for all the input guys. I am pretty sure I have had it for sale on this site before. As well as moparts, eBay, and craigslist. Can't forget the Portland swap meet too ;). I would like to get in the $4500 range. It comes with extra parts and a parts car that has mint floors and frames...
