    From what I know about installing torque converters . Is your suposed have the trans in neutral and then slide the converter on and keep on spinning the converter and you should hear THREE clunks when you hear last clunk it's fully seated .

    I just got my 727 rebuilt that could handle 450 to 500 hp. They guy that rebuilt it said that it would be the same price for a 904 . I paid 750$ for the rebuild of the trans and 100 for a rebuid of my torque cand this is in Illinois
