Laid down 2 coats of epoxy on my hood followed by 3 coats of 2k. discovered some filler work i didnt see and blocked and guided coated. Broke though in a few spots. Is it OK to lay down a coat of epoxy on top of the 2k for the break though spots then back with 2 coats of 2k for final block?

I have a 72 scamp with a 73+ Duster Driver side fender. there is 2 holes for emblem. Would these holes be in the same location and span as the Scamp emblem?

I have my hood fenders and some odds and ends ready for primer. The hood and odds and ends are raw so they will get epoxy. The fenders I scuffed up good little filler work. Took them down smooth with 80g. Should I go ahead and shot those epoxy as well? Going back over all it with high build too.

I put on 3 coats of S/S Urethane. The paint has a texture to it. Not sure if that is normal, I doubt it. You can see it in the light kind of like ripples.

So I got the underside of the trunk lid done, also did the door jambs, trunk jambs and rear valance. Finished about 6am my time. When should I pull the tape on the jambs? Also how long before I can handle the peices? I plan to install the trunk lid and paint the whole car tomorrow.

Im running dual carb tunnel ram. Im in the middle of doing body work and dont have the engine for mock up. Anyone have a template for cutting the hood hole for clearance on a 72 Scamp or similar.

I know paint needs to be filtered. But when preparing primer does it also need to be filtered though a screen?
