What will be worth more? 1974 360 (318 original) Scamp, or 1974 318 Charger?? What do you guys think? Thanks.. :burnout:

It's a toss-up, but my gut feeling is the Charger. In the late 80s when musclecar prices escalated you couldn't give a 71 b-body away, even with a six pack or hemi they were not highly sought after. Fast forward to the last couple of years and the 71s became quite popular. I think the b-body trend will continue up to the 74, which is really the end of real b-body.

The SCAMP!!!

I think the charger will go up faster in price just because of buddy baker and Richard petty and other's that drove them in nascar and nhra I believe Gungel Jim and the Hawaiian broke some 1/4 mile record's in them aswell

Definitely the Charger. The Scamp is a real underdog, even unloved by many a-body fans. The main problem is that there was never a factory performance version of the Scamp and even though there's tons of potential, the car has no street cred. The Charger? That's one of Mopar's most sacred high-performance names and even in 1974, you could still get a 440 in Dodge's b-body. Sorry guys...

I think the charger will also but I also agree with the fact that the scamp would if it had been given better options from the factory.

id say get both :headbang: haha prices will only go up from now, hopefully it wont die out, my dad and his friends where discussing that saying o people will be restoring hondas then my dad mentioned well look at example jack(me) i'll always love musclecars...especially mopars :headbang: it would be a discrace to be restoring hondas and all that crap :sad9:

Oh suck it up you big baby. I almost bought one a couple of years ago. I was going to do it to be different but then I had to move to Hawaii.

I didn't by it to be different ,at the time i was looking for a 70/71 Dart when i found this one sitting on a small used car lot.
Overall at the time it was in decent shape and had a warmed over 69 340 so i bought it ,i still don't have a Dart.
