Any ideas for solving this Pushbutton Automatic problem?
Sometimes when I start car- with button on ‘N’ , car is actually moves forward as though it were in Drive.
Tnx. Ron A

^^^^^^^^^that, or a binding cable, or a worn out "typewriter" shifter.

Simplest is to work the shift cable adjustment. Follow the TSM procedures.

There's a Motor's Manual procedure for validating first.

If not an adjustment,
then
The trans is internally trying to engage BOTH the forward clutch and at least one other gear. This is NOT possible unless there is something physically wrong, so the trans would have to come out.

AKA stacking

I do try to move from the simple to the complex. I figure if Motors recommends doing everything to avoid removing the transmission then that's good enough for me.
External first... ensure the Park and Shift cables are correct... then consider kickdown band adjustment... then pressure checks before dropping the pan for air and clutch checks. The end result might be the same but you'll have a more targeted approach on the repair.

Good luck..

Let us know what you decide to do
