Wanting to do a "complete" front suspension rebuild on my '63 wagon.
When l say "complete" l mean ball joints, uca and lca bushings, tie rod ends, adjuster sleeves, drag link, etc. etc...
From looking online, there are a few companies offering "kits" Some include almost everything, some include kinda almost everything. Some look like China Crap and some look kinda ok.
My car ain't no salom racer, drag car or anything. Just a daily driver, but may do a 200 mile road trip on occasion.
Anybody have feed back on companies to deal with.?
And, l don't really care for the poly bushing stuff. I'll use it if l have to but.....
Thanking you on advance.

Go to a good auto parts store and buy Moog parts .These "kits" are all Chinese crap.I saved all the boxes with numbers from when I did my 65 Valiant wagon so if you need numbers I can give you them to help when ordering. I put one of those kits in a Duster I was driving back a few years and the ball joints failed after about 25,000 miles. The Moog front end I put in my wagon in 2007 is still tight

Watch out for moog. New moog stuff is made overseas.

Look into XRF in Canada. They are a shop jobber supplier, not a chain store supplier. With this in mind the quality is high since a shop doesnt want a vehicle coming back 6 months later with the replaced part failing. Some of their stuff is made overseas, but to their strict standards, along with parts randomly being pulled off the line and tested to make sure the quality stays where they want it. Price isnt too bad where you can find em either. About what you would pay for a moog joint or a couple bucks more.

They use moog PN's for example a moog upper big ball joint is a K772. An XRF version of the same joint is an XRF K772. I read an article where a guy replaced his oem upper and lower ball joints on an f350 oilfield trucknl in Alberta at 100K at over 250K the XRF joints are still tight like new. I have XRF joints that will be going under my 67 barracuda, and my sons 69 barracuda. The intent is to do it one time and never ever bother with it again.

Check with www.mibearings.com they may have everything you need joint wise from XRF at jobber prices.
