1965 factory Special Equipment Package #4060?

Does anyone know what this option refers to? SPECIAL EQUIPMENT PACKAGE #4060
I saw this on an Original window sticker on 65 Barracuda.
The cost was $29.35

I could now find anything, so I am throwing this out there.

This is a 65 Sport model, 273 2V, factory 4-speed with Sure Grip, Shocks & Suspension Package. Also had 6.95 x 14 tires on sticker

Interestingly, it has a Custom made nameplate installed above the radio, stating that
"This Car was made Especially for (person's name)"

this is just a guess. if it came from the factory the plate will have chryslers name on it. what think?

it does not have the Chrysler logo, but it is similar to the plates I have seen on the 65 Sport Fury Indy 500 Pace car, almost identical

Jeff I wonder if it was actually code 406 with a typo? Code 406 is heater delete, but that normally is a credit and not a charge.

That option code is something from either the Dealer or the Local Area Dealers group installed/did. Fairly common back then, if you could track it back to the dealer that may help if they had paper copies. Govier's book has all of your factory options. I attached the 65 option book.
