Spent some time to day making up my fuel lines.
I have found mocking it up useing heavy gauge welding wire produces a much nicer
prebent line .

cking for coolant leaks before filling the system. I used soapy water around the different fittings which showed three leaks . Got two of them sealed but the third one on the alternator bracket to the water pump .the long bolt will not seal easily for me . The bolt only goes in about a quarter of an inch of thread .tomorrow I will get a longer bolt that threads further in, should do the trick

The pics don't show it. I'm useing a radiator cap with a air pump and a pressure gauge attached to it, to pressurize the system. ( I hate to fill a system and hope?!?!...)
