Hello, I thought I would post my car in this thread because I didn’t really see a place to post members rides.
I bought this car a few months back , I can’t say how long for sure it has been going through the restoration process but I believe it was painted in 2016 or so.
The fella before me carried on the process after he bought it a few years back, and spent a fair chunk of money in doing so… He had the carpet kit but decided to just sell.
That’s where I came in. Even though a fair amount of work was done I still had a lot more to do, at least 100 hours or so on electrical and interior. I still have many things I want to do but I am glad that tonight I finished up enough to get it on the road so I can at least enjoy it for the summer… I will post more photos but after getting most the interior back together over the weekend, it was so great to just get out and enjoy the car finally. Anyways, it’s a great little car and I hope everyone who loves these old cars really enjoys every moment spent toward getting them to the finish line.BTW, this is a Canadian made car it has the dart dash and also has the 273 commando engine. It is also the premium interior package, been fun learning about it… I don’t believe there was a lot of these made so I think it will be a keeper, I kind of bought it while I am in the middle of restoring my 67 coronet but I have grown to really like it…

They really grow on a guy the more he drives one of these little A bodies. We have people telling us how odd they look quite frequently. Later on they say the same thing...of how much they really like the cars and that they styling took a while to grow on them. That's a nice ride and a great color. Thanks for posting.
