1969 Dodge Dart GTS

Front is almost done but ran into a weird ball joint problem. Some Hotchkis suspension parts and shocks. Also got my full TTI exhaust. Put the Retro Radio in and wired everything up. It will have Sirius.

So what's up with the ball joint?
The castle nuts weren't going on and were spinning the shaft. Not really sure but something was bent or slightly messed up threads? Instead of fighting it for another hour I decided to get new ones.

The trials and tribulations of putting a car back together..... :)
Looks like it will be ready soon......bet you're getting itchy to drive it:steering:

Oh I remember those days well.... How's the family?
We will have to get together soon(with the Darts)

Lots done today. It steers, brakes, clutch works, exhaust is in, exhaust tips are welded on, carpets are in, seat belts are in, z bar-shifter etc.

It is at the upholstery shop getting the vinyl top put on, the windshield and rear window in, and the legendary seat covers put on. Not going to be cheap. Hate to say it but I am just burnt out on this project.

The passenger exhaust tip is hitting the leaf spring and is super crooked. I have to either re-weld or try to adjust the pipe.
