My 4 Speed is rebuilt, shifter is completely refreshed and the resurfaced fly wheel. Everything is freshly painted.

I went to pick up some of my parts today. I stopped by the body shop and they haven't started yet. I got my heads back from the machine shop and they look awesome. My 4 speed is all rebuilt with a Brewers kit. Here are some pics.

Yeah, I am excited it is going to be completely restored everything is going to be gone through. $9500-10,000 or so for paint and body work. Ugg

I am sending my rear panel out to be re anodized and then I will repaint it. It is already really nice but I think it will look old after everything is painted and looking new.

Japanese are so nice, we had 19 servings of sushi including Clam miso soup for less than $25. Heading to Germany in a couple of days. Has Phil started working on your car yet?
We will put your motor together when I get back and hopefully the paint will be on the car by that time.

That sounds great. Have fun. Not sure but he hadn't started the last time I stopped by. Yeah it will be nice to have the motor built. I sold the old seats last night for $400 to a guy on here. Nice guy. I also threw in the old 4 speed carpet. He is going to dye it and put it in his car.

I bought the 4 speed parts I needed for $60 free shipping on ebay. I also sold the grill.

The engine will be stock Turquoise. My friend brought the finish panel to a guy he knows in Palo Alto. I can ask who the guy is. It is pretty expensive.

Got my wheels. Very happy with them. SBP from Coys 17x7's with 4.25" BS. I am running 245-45-17's out back and 215-45-17's in front.

Tail panel is back from repair and off for anodizing. I checked on my car today and it was barely started. I talk to the body shop owner and he said July he will start and hopefully be done by the end of July.
