Is there anything you don't do? Nice work and glad to see you are getting as much done as you are.

Hahaha jack of all trades. I know how us car guys do bisness

The painless harness had provisions for a dome light and a third brake light.

I have some alunimum angles left over from the becool radiator and so i got some led strips to fab me up some new lights

This is what it looks like so far. I'm happy with the great. Breaks up the all black cockpit. And complements the purple too.

I wants to install in one way but the sail panels I had to make and I didn't make the even the first time. So every time I look in the review mirror I would have noticed it and it would have pissed me off so bad every time I looked backwards. So I had to make it perfect.

I hope o can wake up early and Finnish it before I go back to work tomorrow

Finished the headliner. Came out ok. Just hope the glue holds up a few years n doesn't start saggin on me n piss me off lol

Also notice the light In that last picture? Yupp while the glue was drying I installed the dome light. Works like a champ and on both doors. Awesome!

Would have liked my switch Parnell to light up but that would have been wayyy to much work.

The headliner was in a huge roll so i made the bulk of it out of one pice. All i did was cut out the holes for the windows

Notice the tape hangining on the roll cage? Thats how i made all the tlates for the sail pannels and the a pillers.

I tape the edges where i want the fabric and then peal the tape off and lay it on the what i want to cut out.

Add a inch to the sides i wanted to stitch and tada! They fit perfict:glasses7:

Making door skins out of 1/8 plexiglass. First i had to measure the door, the front side has a slight bow in it, but my glass does not have enough material to made that shape.

I got it from lowes, the top of the door is 40.5" the sheet i have is 41". Plus the original door skin also used push clips to hold it in place. Those are long gone! They have huge holes on the edges so not following the contour of the front of the door will help me bypass that problem of trying to find big *** screws to fit in them

The door is 40.5" long and 14.5 tall. So i broke out the ol andle grinder n my straight edge and went to town.

The glass is clear. Its just a white protective coating on it. After cutting out the glass i held it up to the door and used a marker to trace and cut out the holes for the window crank and the door handle.

Once i got the holes to line up in a way i was happy with i crossed my fingers and held that pannel to the driver door inside out, and i got lucky, the door is a exact mirrior immage.

So i took the skin i just made and flipped in backwards and cut it out for the driver side.

Some short plastic drywall anchors might be the ticket for those fat screw holes....
