Oohhh noooo found this on the inside of the rockers.... :wack: i think ill grind out the rust, and then fill it with rustproof stuff. I wish i could box weld the end but the box its self has rusted away on two sides.

This was one of the harder spots, the kit gave me a trans tunnel extenshion for the drive shaft, one piece. The floor is not even in this section. To make the car sit right the 4 link sits up higer than in origional floor.

So i had to think how i was going to join the two. What i eneded up doing was try and keep the tunnel in one section and bend the extra metal it came with to try and bridge the gap. Which worked out ok but i still had some weird gaps. So i cut some extra metal to connect the open areas. Sitll looks kinda jacked up, not my best work, but ill take it. Im covering it all in carpet anyway. So should finnish out just fine.

I got to figure out how to run fuel, brake, and battery cables around here. Looks good, all thats left is to calk off the gaps and give it a paint job to keep the rust away.

Looks good! Wish I was as ambitious as you are. Patiently waiting to see how it turns out.

Does anyone know what this is? Found this number under my back glass, passenger side. Cant find anything in the service manual about what this number means.

Need gas to feed the best, 10an outta do it, 130 gph holley black pumps.

Onlyting that kind of worries me is that the holley instructions say to the punps "should" be mounted standin up. Ive seen plenty of people disregard those instructions, so im going to see how it pans out for me.

Making breaks, useing ni-copper lines. Love stanless buut the are surper hard to work with. The copper ones look sweet, and still will never rust like the stainless steel lines. They are also super soft so u can make very small bends and flares easily.

You can see them here, i just started makin breaks and lines for mine. With the big ole kelsey hanes calipers and stainless steel 3 an hose to finnish it off.

I got a RighStuff proporting valve, just stuck some bolts on the frame, welded them in place and went to town plumbig it with the copper brake line.

Kinda sux that mopars have so many different fittings. Idk why they are all not 3/8-24 :protest: :violent1: some ar 7/16 others are 9/16, n why not lets also make some 1/2 wtf!

I have spent more money on adapter fitting than i have on anythin else.

On the plus side the 25 foot roll of brake line did the whole car. I didnet think it would be enought. Sux fo the full size car guys, i bet they need 50'
