Not my car; I found it on a late-night EwTube rabbitholing run. It's at a dealership in MA; here.

These cars are the European version of the Argentine "Dodge Coronado" rebody of the '63-'66 Dart. So they're the narrower A-body, not the wider US '67-up one. Mix of A- and B-body styling; it looks like if a US '68 Dart and '68 Coronet sedan had a kid, with a little Ford around the edges (specifically, those front turn signals).

Lots to see in the pics. Factory 2bbl setup, but not with that carburetor. Looks like whoever put that Chinese carburetor just decided the air cleaner assembly wouldn't be needed and discarded it, which sucks because that's a hard part to find. Also, a US alternator (black lolwut‽) has been retrofitted. Other than that it's pretty much original, including that real nice instrument panel (speedo looks stuck). These cars could be bought with A/C, and it was of the general type shown here, with the York/Tecumseh compressor, but Mark IV was a US brand. I don't know if Barreiros, the Spanish Chrysler affiliate who built these, bought aircon systems out of the US. Seems at least a little unlikely given that they sourced so much other stuff from European suppliers. Hella made the taillights, Kinby-FAESSA made the headlamps, Jaeger made the gauges, etc.

I sure wouldn't want to get caught needing a windshield or a backglass in North America for this car.

Below's the EwTube vid. Could wish the jackass salesdroid would throw his mouth in Park for a change, but if you put up with it long enough, you get to hear him say stuff like the great thing about having an old car is if you decide to sell, you always get all your money back out of it, which it sounds like he's said often enough to be able to do it without cracking up or his nose growing longer. Used-car salesmen gonna do like that.

Those are cool cars! We actually have a member here who has one. His is dark blue. I cannot remember his screen name though. If I remember right, his is a four speed, too!

Here he is, but it's an auto.

That is way cool! The front end actually looks C body that was shrunk to me. It would be cool as heck with a small block 4 speed but should probably left as is.

I watched the whole thing and thought why did he not mention the price. He mentioned everything else. Even getting ice cream

I love how he downplayed the vinyl top lifting. We all know why it does it. Salesmen always talk to the public like they're stupid. It is a cool car, though.

Interesting that it's a 1971 model but still has hood torsion bars like US-built early A-bodies.

Had me with that grille, lost me with the crew cab and hideous wood vinyl appliqué dash with stuck in gauges and switches like an old Alpha Romeo or cheap cobra replica.

That's exactly the cars this one is built to compete with, as it's from Spain.

Yep they are different from usa market cars, no surprise.

Overall I don't care for it either. Decent shape though.
