2003 ram 1500 4x4 front end bang grind pop noises

Wondering is anyone here has had a smiler problem with their ram 1500. On the was home from work pulling out a the parking lot started getting a loud pop and bang from front left wheel like something was hanging up . Im guessing a bad wheel bearing or cv joint. ive been hearing weird noises from the front figured the brake pads were getting thin. i guess i should have checked it out sooner.

CV joint would be my 1st guess, esp if you where turning.

I Had to replace one of my front wheel bearings on mine but its a two wheel drive and it has splines inside like it will work on a four wheel drive. it made noises for a while before i changed it.

I just got it up on jack stands this morning and the wheel bearing is fried. I guess my warning was what i thought was break noises. Next time I'll check it out right a way lol. At least i was able to get it home with out a tow.
