These young Guns are going to start getting more attention from me.
Yep, that fellow driving the 2 car (Brad Keselowski old ride) has some hot hands and showing some good feed back skills along with driving to the front

12/5 for race 9 pole

Here's hoping Larson doesn't blow another one

Dawsonvilles favorite son for the pole # 9 Chase .. been to pool room, and had a good greasy burger..No Bill or Chase around.

Wet weather caused the cancellation of Cup series practice on Friday. Practice was rescheduled to Saturday and Pole qualifying was cancelled.
No Pole pick bonus point will be awarded for Atlanta.

Atlanta (changed my mind) race picks...

#4 Kevin Harvick
#18 Kyle Busch

I like the speed Ryan Blainy and Joey Lagono has here today.
12 car and 22 car to the winners circle.

12 car had a plan but... oh well..
History was broke, most lead changes ever, and more yellow flags was thrown in 60 years at this track, and like Joey Lagono i like a new pavement racing ..

From what I saw of it, it was good. I like the fact that not one car dominated. It took skill, strategy, and luck to win. That's the way it should be.

These 18 inch tires are a problem though. They're too fragile, and don't allow room for an interliner. I'd rather go back to the 15 inch tires. Ditch the sequential transaxle and the brake package so we can do so.

I really liked the old Atlanta from the 80's. Didn't like the last effort, but I like this one. Good race for a change, not that I got any points. Like Jeff in the booth, hated the guy back in the day:mad:, but I forgive him now for winning so much. :):)

Agree ^^.. think maybe the small sidewall is a problem on these tires.

Congratulations to both 'Back in Time' (FABO), the only game player to pick race winner #24 William Byron. He picked up -5 bonus points.
Nobody picked race runner-up #1 Ross Chastain so no runner-up bonus points awarded this week.

'Back in Time' (FABO) had the low net score for this week at 1.0 point.

#24 William Byron was the race leader and #11 Denny Hamlin was in 2nd place at the end of Stage 1.
#12 Ryan Blaney was the race leader and #9 Chase Elliott was in 2nd place at the end of Stage 2.

Please let me know if I show either your Pole or Race picks incorrectly or if you have any questions.

Please post your picks for the next race and let me know if you want to "lock" them in for future weeks. I will put an "L" before either your Pole pick or your race picks to show they've been "locked".
As always, you can always make different picks each week. Your "locked" picks will always be there should you forget to post your race picks, your computer malfunctions or the site should go down temporarily.

Don't forget to get your picks for the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas posted before the green flag drops at approximately 3:45 PM EST (12:45 PM PST) on Sunday, March 27.

Your Pole Pick for the road course race in Austin, TX, will need to be posted before qualifying starts at 11:00AM EDT (8:00AM PDT) on Saturday, March 26.
