I wonder if Booboo's win today has any relationship to the lawsuit between Nascar and 23XI?
To be clear, Bubba Wallace deserves respect or as much as any driver, respect is earned and him and his team has indeed earned it.
Lawsuits are going on between a bunch of teams all the time
Bubba was due, now maybe he can quit thinking everything and everyone is against him. He got a clean win racing on fumes.

The Pocono debacle with Bubba and the "noose" painted him in a horrible light with many. Why that was allowed to spin out of control. I guess the old "there is no such thing as bad publicity" deal was the outlook. Our shop overhead doors ALL had "nooses" to aid in opening and closing them. Simple handles for grip, not to hang anyone.
Indy used to have a packed house. Now, like Charlotte, plenty of Sponsor cover tarps on seats and fans dressed up as seats.

Nobody picked #23 Bubba Wallace to win the Brickyard 400 so no race-winner bonus points awarded this week.

I sure saw a lot of empty seats
I read today that Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) posted Brickyard 400 attendance numbers at "just under 70,000".
A good crowd but since the capacity at IMS is 300,000 it leaves a lot of area with fans looking dressed as empty aluminum seats.
Changing my 'locked' Pole pick to #19 Chase Briscoe
FYI, the television coverage for the remainder of the 2025 NASCAR season is now on NBC and related cable channels.

Can we have Ken Squire, Ned Jarrett, and Benny Parsons for announcers?
Aussie Leigh Diffey will be the lead NASCAR broadcast announcer for the remainder of the 2025 season.
He is now an American citizen but I just don't care for his work on the NASCAR broadcasts...I didn't care for it when he did Indycar.

I saw a brief bit of news in an article I read earlier. NASCAR is going to San Diego next season. 
I thought, where in heck would they do that? Coronado Island, right across San Diego Harbor from Petfood Park. US Navy has a base there, lots of residential. I'm curious to see what they have in mind.
