I will try to put some pictures up when we get home, she has pool therapy today.
She took off on her bicycle yesterday, was gone a few hours. She met the lady that lives up the road a bit. They are going to start going for walks and bike rides. I have been on her to start exercising, I know it is not going to be easy with having Lupus but she needs to.
