340 air cleaner with flap

I just picked up a 340 air cleaner with flap and a few dual-snorkels...what are they worth? I've never seen the flap-style before. What year/model is it off of?

IIRC, the flap in the base of the cleaner is for a '72 model year, 340.

Condition dependent, I have seen them sell for 200 and better. While I myself picked one up for $40, striped it and painted it, needed nothing more.

Whats with the holes in the lid?? That will hurt the price. I sold one bout a year ago on here near mint except the bottom elbow was dented...$75

I have a few Stock lids that will work with that. They'll need to be cleaned/blasted/painted and sticker of choice added.

The holes in the lid are for breathing.
