I have a set of e body 1970 340 manifolds. We these fit an 1970 duster 340? I am going to have an exhaust custom bent so stock fitment isn't an issue. I just was curious if these would run into clearance issues with the steering shaft etc.... Thanks guys!

340 manifolds are the same for all cars. Yes they will be fine.

the 70 should be fine as 68-70 hp are same but all are not the same after 70 , they do vary through body style a/b/e

I thought there was some variation. Just did not know what years started doing that. I know the T/A,AAR manifolds are a bit different as well.

I don't have them yet. I was asking because my bud is sellin a pair from a 70 ebody and I wanted to make sure they'd fit before I picked em up.

Oh ok I thought for some reason the drivers side was a bit more extended...shows what I know all this small block stuff is so new to me :)

the drivers' side early and late 340 models that "kick" up and then down will all take the same head pipe.
they are basically the same with later ones having bosses cast in to accept the heat "stove".
