Went to a dyno contest and a guy pulled his blown 440 Dart onto the rollers. He made 440 RWHP. Up went our car with a normally aspirated 451 and it pulled 511 RWHP.

The Dart owner went to the dyno operator and wanted to know what the "heck" was going on. The first thing the dyno operator said was, "See the 3-1/2" exhaust on the other car? Boosted applications don't like 2-1/2" exhausts like yours."

Hint, hint.

Ok back on track here- what are people using for main, rod bearings, and rings?

I was planning on either M series or P series bearings and either Diamond moly or Hastings moly's

I used clevite bearings. Forgot the brand rings but they were moly rings

Well I picked out my setup! Stock 440 forged crank, Eagle 440 H beam rods w/ .990 pin, and 440source flat top forged pistons. I already have the crank (for free for delivering a PG trans for a friend) and the Eagles are available for $472 on ebay and Pistons are $600 which saves me around $175 = rings for basically free haha (Diamonds are $766 + shipping)
