Is anyone reproducing the fiberglass hump for a 4 speed console.

Not that I know of. Brewers is all that I know of and I don't believe either of those is for a console.

I got tired of trying to find a nice stock center console for a automatic that I could afford so I said screw it and got the fiberglass out and made my own. Not close to factory but I'm happy.

I got my fiberglass hump from Brewers performance out of Ohio. 4 speeds are their business.
