True! The gears on a spool is good coin but an entire trans is gonna suck.

My guess Pinion depth to deep. A bolt in sprag could have saved the trans.

The sprag looks like it ripped out of the splines in the case. Did it shear the bolts I don't see them?

Looks like output splines ripped out of planetary and over ran sprag blowing ,both sprag and diff on release of load.

Mopar Joe can relate ,he lost the planet in his trans at Farmington last year while playing on the street.
