Some much needed update:
First off I have 3 sets of rocker arms:
1. Standard stamped (that I use for cam brake in)
2. Roller 1.5:1 ratio
3. Roller 1.6:1 ratio (now in the car)
The high rpm problem returned quickly, it was no carb seal issue!
I realized that I still had stamped rockers on instead of my rollers (I totaly forgot that I did not change them) and this was 100% the reason of all high rpm problem. My stock rocjers are just worn and old.
As soon as I installed back my 1.6 roller rockers and adjusted the lash all the problems went away. Now it makes a much faster car, also revs all the way till hitting the rev limiter.
I learned my lesson. Also advice for others, please make sure your springs are good cause I had identical problems when my old springs were failing.
Also my nr 5 power valve is back in the carb as now my vacum gauge shows 11.
