so I am going over to a parts car (I originally wanted to use this Formula S but the body was too far gone for my pocket book) and as I am removing parts from the dash I notice a weird switch. I will take it this is a 4 way flasher set up from Chrysler?

If so, were they dealer installed or customer installed?
I'd love to add this to my 66' - anyone have a source for the decal?

The 4 way flasher was mandatory for N.Y. In 1966 and was offered as an option by dealers.
I would like one of them as well.

The car came from New York.I need to evict the mice before I go digging in to see if I can backwards engineer it. Hard to see when your afraid of getting nibbled on by Mickey.
Originally lemon color with green interior Formula S

I have a factory flasher setup from a 66 Dart GT that I will be using on my 65 Barracuda. The switch is an ON/OFF eith 4 terminals. The bezel is identical to the later MAP LIGHT plastic bezels except it is chrome plated metal and says FLASHER. Early map light bezels (and Rear Speaker bezels) were also metal and chrome plated. If I get a chance this afternoon, I'll try to snap a picture of mine. I've also got another style setup that uses a Push/Pull switch where the knob says IIRC Emergency Flasher. I'll see about a pic of it too.

That switch is a Chrysler switch but was probably put in later, the factory switch Dartman will post.

I can't put my hands on the actual harness and switch but did find an original Flasher bezel and the push/pull switch. The flasher bezel is a one year only part.

If I had the 4 Terminal toggle switch and the connectors from the under dash and turn signal harnesses, it wouldn't be hard to make up some harnesses - unfortunately, I have neither!

If you need to warn others those flashers could save your bacon. That's why the Barracuda and the wagon are getting them!

I ran out of gas on my first voyage thanking god I got off the exit from expressway then I was dumbfounded looking for flasher hazzard switch lol ohhhhh shiiiiizzzzz didn't have em

slantsixdan- The stick looks silly as there are no other stickers on the dash.
The factory set up I have has a female and male version of the directional light plug and cuts into like a trailer hitch harness on a newer vehicle setting up trailer lights.

I may use the set up and just "hide" the switch- it still works. I love options. 4way flashers is not a bad one to have.
