Looks like it could be an original v8 car.

Anything can be brought back, but wow, that’s pretty picked over.

I’m with mike. About $500

Check for original dropped centerlink, disk brakes, v8 pedal assembly, etc. those bring good money

It would be good for parts at 500 bucks but if you are wanting to build a nice car it would be cheaper and better to start with something that is all there and in not such bad shape.

My bet would be 9 inch brakes. As said if it was a V8 those parts have value. It looks solid so if you chose to part it out it would bring over a thousand dollars.

Looks like the K member and front suspension are gone along with the drive train. 7 1/4" rear. Some value but I wouldn't want to save it.

Look up International Title Service He will get you a title for anything, He got me a title for my Yamaha RZV500R Japanese market only bike that I got out of customs in Cal. with a Japanese title no one could read and a 9 digit vin #. He is a Lawyer in Vegas and this is what he does.
