What can be substitute be fabbed to work? If so which?

That's the 64/65 hump; the 66 hump has an oblong cutout for the shifter and boot. There used to be fiberglass repros but not sure if they are even being made anymore. If not then your option would be find someone parting out a 4 speed or try and fabricate one

Check out Brewer's Performance. They have a used one available for a 64-65 A body. They also have fiberglass units for a 63-66 A body. The used one, surprisingly, is more expensive. They also have everything else you could possibly need for a 4-speed. Good people, they helped me with parts for changing 3-on-the-tree to an OD 4-speed.
 
Does the title not say "65"?? I believe the one slickchick posted is the correct unit!!
 
Ok ,now I'm confused.
I thought 65 was a circle hole!

Either way I will fab something.
Please respond with anything usable that's not the price of a
Floor pan.
