67 Lower steering shaft bearing

Hi,

I have a 67 Barracuda with an automatic floor-shifter column and my lower shaft bearing is toast. Totally gone. I realize that they are not available, does anyone have any ideas how I might get this thing going again? Might anyone have a used bearing they'd part with? A column they'd be willing to sell? This is the last thing I need to do before I put the engine back in my car. Short of reparing this one, does anyone know if a column from a 68 or 69 would fit? That might widen my possibilities.

try column rebuild kit or variations of that at google or ebay. I've seen them before.
