Update:
Well the 512 stroker engine is done.
Put it on the dyno and it made 660HP and 770ft/lbs of torque!
Pretty happy with the results.

Now to start the process of fitting this thing in the engine bay.
 
Sounds like it's going to be wicked! I would do frame connectors and torque boxes at minimum with that much torque.
 
Yep, doing frame connectors now. Have the drivers side and passenger sides tacked in.
Will take it someplace to have them finish welding them in if I can find a place around here.
 
Using the Mancini brackets for the engine conversion in the Slant 6 K-frame.
Question: After I notch the driver's side engine mounting perch to clear for the oil pump, do I need to weld in a reinforcement support bracket do you think?
