Yes less vacuum stuff is easier! OK, good on all. You might have a bit tweaking to do on the secondary stop screw or timing.
And for the smaller base PCV, there is this MP part. Mopar Performance 4343581; they are all over the in-net it seems. This one looks to change from idle to cruise openings at a lower vacuum than the FV191. I am not sure that this MP part changes right at 8-10" vacuum but from what I have been able to gather, it is close.
