Can I pull the instrument cluster without having to remove the whole dash? I removed the screws and the radio bezel but it won't pull out? It looks like it's screwed form the inside. I can access the screws to get them out, but would never be able to get them back in place. Too far and too small. Seems to me, the cluster should pull out. I read up, but I could only find for a 72 valiant???
Any suggestions are of course appreciated.

You'll need to disconnect the speedometer cable. A service manual would help you and its a free download. Hope this helps

if this is the standard Duster style cluster,
i think you will have loosen the steering column an lower it 1/2" or so
unplug all the wiring as well

Thanks Redfish, any chance you have the link? Light on the left side of the instrument is out???/ Want to try and get that back before I button this thing up.
Thanks again!!!

Sorry I dont have the links to the manuals.

Lay upside down in the car. You should be able to change that way. Remove you fuse box (1) screw and you have all kinds of room.

There was a thread here for manuals, but some of the links have become broken

We "had no" free 71 manual, but you can download a 70, a 72, and a 71 "body only" manual. That is, no electrical, and other sections missing

66 and 70 manuals. These use consecutive page numbering in your viewer instead of the Mopar "dash" system, so you'll have to play with the page numbers
