This is a good reminder to me, I am going through my transmission for a double check as soon as I get ahold of Chris and see if I need anything else with the possibility of 750 hp.

It was easy, I just haven't done one before and no one checked my work...Good blanket yes, top of the line from a&a...can't remember the brand.
I'm foot braking.
I will definitely be testing my set up abilities on this build lol

Welp quick update. Went to a car show last weekend. Took first place in class and also took a trophy for sponsors pick! However, lost reverse gear. So, track delayed a little longer. Trans is out and one of the steel rings on the stator was really worn and broke. Need to replace the stator, replace steel rings with teflon rings and will also replace all steel and friction plates just because. Also sent converter back to turbo action. Track day will be August 16th as long as I get the converter back in time. A buddy rented the track this day.

That sucks. If it's not one thing, it's another.... Sorry to hear Roger.

It’s all good simple fix and had to remove the trans anyway to send the converter back. Just glad it acted up before I pulled the trans, so I didn’t have to do it twice.

Well wont be able to make it to the track on August 16th. They received my converter yesterday, but said 2/3 weeks to get it done. Apparently they are backed up.

Trans is done and back now just waiting on the converter!

Ring on stator was broke and strut on band was bent like a banana. Thanks to my engine builder and trans guy Doug Wright for the rebuild. Also, like to thank my neighbor and buddy Joel (Joel’s on Joy) for suppling the heavy duty strut and talking with my trans guy (Doug Wright) to make sure everything is all good!

Guys I can’t stress how disappointed I am with Turbo Action. I wish I’d have gone with Dynamic. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Sorry to hear this. I guess you have not got your converter back?

Might be worth calling around to see of some other shop would work on it, and if TA hasn’t cut it open yet………just have them send it back.
