Hi I’m looking at a set of wheels. They are 15s 7 inch wide. What is the backspacing needed for stock big bolt pattern? They are vision torque wheels. Looks like the have 4.25 backspacing. Also would 245/60r15 for back and 215/65r15 fit good on tire size. Thanks everyone

15x7 with a 4.25" backspace is a factory backspace. 215/65/15 will be a little tall on a Duster, it'll be tight on the lower corners of the wheel openings up front. I ran 225/60/15's on my Duster with 15x7's and 4.25" of backspace. The width wasn't an issue, the clearance to the corners of the wheel opening were pretty tight and that's a shorter tire. I'm not saying the 26" tall 215/65/15 won't work, but it may be ride height and alignment dependent for some cars.

245/60/15 with that backspace should be fine in the back with any of the factory A-body axles.

Would 15x8 fit in the back with 255/60?

With the proper backspace, yes. What rear axle is in your car? A-body rear axles are actually not all the same width, so it makes a difference on the backspace if you have a 7.25/8.25 or 8 3/4.

Sure looks like an 8.25.
255/60R15 with 15X8 definitely fits in the back quite nicely.
4 inch backspace works, these dusters/ demons / dart sports have alot of room in the rear well.
Here's my old pic with 255/60R15 on 15X8 Visions with 4 inch backspace. The fronts had 215/60R15 with 15X7 & 4.25 in backspace as well.
I also currently have a 8.25 rear axle.

She now has 17X8 with 4.5 inch backspace & 255/50R17 tires in the rear. The front has 17X7 4.25 inch backspace with 225/50R17 tires.
Rear overall diameter is 27 inches, front is about 25.9 inches.
I am planning on doing 17X9's rear in the future after doing a rear disk brake 8.75 swap.
This is not to everyone's tastes, but the tires are so much better especially paired with aftermarket suspension.

Those look great. Going by vision website on their website it only show 4.5 backspacing in their 8 inch wheels
