Looks like it is mounted to a sled for tractor pulling.
Well it is a safe bet that there is no tittle, other wise he could read what it is.

They did! Love the 69 camaro with rs/SS frontend (the other front ends suck), also like the 69 only front bumper on the impala. Now if you said 70 I'd include the Chevelle but don't care the 68/69 Chevelle
